Log into your Karaca account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home collection.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
